1-on-1 Startup Advisory

Transform your idea into a scalable business in 90 days with a personalized, advisor-led journey

The program is organized to guide early-stage startups through structured advisory into a validated, fundraising-ready business. A dedicated data room is established at the outset to centralize all due diligence documents, financial models, market analyses, and legal documents.

This data room becomes the backbone for mentoring, governance, and investor interactions throughout the journey, up to and including fundraising conversations.

The progam

What you’ll get

  • A personalized, time-bound roadmap with quarterly objectives and weekly action plans

  • Rapid hypothesis validation and lean experiments to reduce time and cost

  • A tested go-to-market model, pricing guidance, and sales playbooks

  • Fundraising readiness: pitch deck, executive summary, and investor outreach playbook

  • Access to exclusive resources, templates, and operational tools

Phases and focus areas

  1. Data room setup: Establish access to a secure data room and define folder structure (corporate documents, cap table, financial model, IP, go-to-market plans, customer evidence, legal agreements, and risk register).

  2. Discovery and validation: Deep-dive into market problem, customer segments, and early hypotheses.
Populate the data room with validated insights: problem-solution fit, early traction signals, and competitive landscape.

  3. Roadmap design and execution sprints: Build a time-bound roadmap with quarterly objectives and weekly actions.
Link sprint outputs directly to data room updates (e.g., revised pricing, product specs, or test results).

  4. Go-to-market and product-market fit iteration: Develop and test GTM strategies, ICP definitions, and initial sales playbooks.

  5. Fundraising readiness and investor enablement: Prepare investor materials (pitch deck, executive summary, one-pager) and a structured investor outreach plan.

  6. Governance, risk, and closure: Finalize terms related to equity, vesting, and investor expectations; ensure data room reflects current risk posture and milestones.

Who should apply

Open to teams and individuals with a compelling problem, a committed co-founder or team, and the ability to participate remotely or on-site for the four-month cadence. We value ambitious problem-solvers who demonstrate resilience, iterative learning, and readiness for rigorous due diligence.

Requirements: 1–4 person teams or solo applicants, a defined problem and customer segment, a basic prototype or concept, and commitment to the entire four-month program

Requirements to participate

  • Eligibility: startups either in formation or within the short window before completion of the program (seed/pre-seed stages) to ensure immediate relevance to milestones and investor readiness.

  • Equity arrangement: participation includes a 2% equity stake in the startup, granted under a formal term sheet and subject to standard conditions (e.g., vesting, milestones, and any applicable regulatory/compliance requirements). The exact vesting terms and conditions will be defined in the final agreement.
