Sustainability Report
Shaping th e Future, Together
This first Sustainability Report represents a milestone in Unfold Tomorrow’s growth path, marking the transition toward a structured approach to reporting the impact generated within the Italian innovation ecosystem.
The report illustrates how Unfold Tomorrow operates as a catalyst for connections among talents, startups, universities, and companies, through distinctive programs that support sustainable innovation.
The report’s structure reflects the organization’s holistic approach, articulating its sustainability governance around three core pillars: Responsible Innovation, Inclusive Ecosystem, and Measurable Impact, all aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The report documents the social, economic, and environmental impact generated, highlighting the strategic partnerships developed and outlining the organization’s forward-looking vision.
This first reporting exercise is not merely a formal requirement, but a concrete commitment to transparency and continuous improvement. It establishes measurable baselines to assess future progress and to strengthen dialogue with all stakeholders.
Our Mission
To catalyze synergies that would be unlikely to emerge spontaneously in today’s entrepreneurial environment, by creating connections between individuals and organizations with diverse backgrounds and expertise to develop solutions to the complex challenges of our time.
Our Vision
We believe in a future where sustainable innovation is the primary driver of economic and social development. We envision an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where diverse talents can collaborate to address the most pressing global challenges.
Innovating for a Sustainable Future
In a world shaped by unprecedented challenges—from the energy transition to geopolitical instability, digital transformation, and social inequalities—innovation is no longer a “nice to have,” but essential.
Unfold Tomorrow was founded on the awareness that entrepreneurial talent often struggles to find the right environment to thrive. We aim to contribute to building an ecosystem that nurtures talent and facilitates connections, because we believe in a development model that integrates economic growth, environmental responsibility, and social progress.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic yet pragmatic. The path toward a truly sustainable and inclusive economy will require collective commitment, patience, and perseverance. Our contribution to this transition takes shape through investments and entrepreneurship development programs that not only incubate promising startups, but also cultivate a new generation of founders equipped with the mindset and skills needed to navigate the complexities of the 21st century.
We conclude this message with our sincere thanks to everyone who has contributed to our journey so far—our team members, mentors, partners, and above all, the founders who have chosen to embark on this journey with us. It is through your passion, perseverance, and creativity that we are gradually bringing our shared vision of a more sustainable future to life.
With gratitude and determination,
The Leadership Team of Unfold Tomorrow
